OUTER provides tools intended to support more intentional use of digital devices.

The app does not guarantee behavioral outcomes or specific results.

2. Subscriptions

OUTER offers:

• a 7-day free trial
• a recurring subscription after the trial

Subscriptions:

• renew automatically unless canceled
• can be managed via Apple ID settings
• must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid charges

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Apple.

We do not collect or store payment information.

4. Use of System Features

OUTER uses system-level features, including Screen Time APIs, to:

• limit app usage
• restrict access to selected apps

By using OUTER, you acknowledge that this may affect access to other applications on your device.

5. User Responsibility

You agree:

• to use the app in compliance with applicable laws
• not to misuse the app
• not to attempt to bypass system restrictions

OUTER is provided "as is".

It is not:

• a medical device
• a psychological treatment
• a substitute for professional advice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• loss of data
• restricted access to applications
• interruptions of service
• behavioral outcomes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
